“I am here to sing and play!”

Unraveled Artist Interview:

Q: Why did you make this song? What does it mean to you?
A: This song was literally written on a ferry at midnight, hence the title. I found an observation room that was empty and the acoustics sounded really lush. When I sang this melody just came out and the imagery was so strong the words came easily. It is about letting go of someone who had drifted in and out of love so much that I was finally ready to pack up my blues and move on. It’s kind of bittersweet.

Q: What do you want listeners to understand from this creation?
A: Everything is going to be okay! People get so involved in their problems and stress it’s hard to take a step back and open our eyes, but sometimes we need to back up so we can change directions.

Q: How can people support you further?
A: You can ‘Like’ my Facebook page, follow me on Twitter, or go to my website to find shows, listen to my other bands, and buy my album!

Q: What is your ultimate vision for your work?
A: My ultimate vision is to travel the world, sharing my music and love with others, hopefully affecting the world in a positive way.

Q: Do you consider your music to fall within a genre(s)?
A: That’s always a hard question but I’ve narrowed it down to Indie-Rock & Dream Pop.
