“We love playing music, and there’s never been a reason to stop.”
Unraveled Artist Interview:
Q: Why did you make this song? What does it mean to you?
A: Time and Energy is the first song we wrote as Time and Energy about / years ago. To us it means a new beginning to creating music in a new form though using loop pedals while making us think in new ways about composition.
Q: What do you want listeners to understand from this creation?
A: That sometimes you need to take a break to let new ideas surface.
Q: How can people support you further?
A: You can follow us on Facebook, we have our latest release on vinyl and can be purchased on Bandcamp and we also have jam sessions and music videos we made ourselves on YouTube.
Q: What is your ultimate vision for your work?
A: To make good interesting music for people to listen to and enjoy if it fits them.
Q: Do you consider your music to fall within a genre(s)?
A: We try to explore different genres such as blues, hip hop, jazz, experimental, rock, singer/songwriter, pop all while incorporating loops.

“Time and Energy manage to produce surprisingly lush free-form psychedelia between just two multi-instrumental players and pre-recorded loops. Traces of Latin lounge and math rock seep into their music, giving the songs structure, groove, and a certain genre-hopping tendency.” – Arjun Ray, Unraveled
